Does the new normal represent a new way of work or is it a temporary inconvenience?
More than eight months have passed since the World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a pandemic. Thousands of Americans have lived through lockdowns, and businesses have had to adapt to a workforce that works from home. Many employees have made the abrupt shift to working from home, and even more, have lost jobs. The future of work looks uncertain. We don't know when, or if, the workforce will return to normal.
Many business leaders are asking, "How will we continue to service our clients as we work, live, and thrive in this post-pandemic work environment? How do we provide our employees with the technology and leadership they need to resume work from home?"
KTS Networks has spent decades helping business leaders leverage technology and innovation for such a time as this. Over the next year, we will roll out a series of training webinars designed to equip business leaders with the know-how and best practices for adjusting and thriving in this new way of work.
Starting in March, we will look at the issue of work:
"We all know that work will never be the same, and there are some practical steps that business leaders can take to thrive in this new way of the work environment," says KTS Networks co-founder and CEO Ken Treleani. We are addressing the question – how can we equip business leaders to equip their employees to work seamlessly from any location?”
Now is the time to answer that question.

- How does technology allow employers to leverage a work-from-home model, and what are the best ways of approaching this work model?
- How can business leaders use technology to help employers be more productive and effectively work remote?
- How can a business secure their data when being accessed from remote locations?
